Shipping Policy Free Shipping on Samples When You Order 5 or More All samples ship for FREE when you order 5 samples or more! Delivery Fees for Less Than 5 Samples For orders of fewer than 5 samples, a delivery fee of 100 Rupees will be charged.
Delivery Time
We deliver samples within 2 days in the Delhi NCR region. If there is any delay in the service, we will contact you promptly.
Delivery of Ordered Products
The delivery time for products ordered based on samples will vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We will keep you informed about the status of your order.

Return Policy

Sample Returns
– We accept returns of samples within 60 days of delivery.
– A refund will be issued for the cost of the tiles only. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
– All returned samples must be in their original condition and packaging.
Product Returns
– We accept returns of products ordered based on samples within 60 days of delivery.
– We do not accept returns of custom designs or cut tiles.

Return Process
1. Request an RMA Form:
– Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the quantity of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
– You will receive a pre-filled RMA form within 2 business days of submitting your request.
2. Return Shipping:
– Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements. You can choose any carrier you prefer.
– Returns will not be accepted without an RMA form.
– Ensure that the items are packaged securely. We recommend ensuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method.
3. Condition of Returned Items:
– All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
– Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never
received.
4. Processing Your Return:
– Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

– Damaged Material: If you receive damaged material, please contact us immediately for assistance.
– Non-Returnable Items: Samples, custom designs, cut tiles, and final sale items are not returnable. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
