What is the process for ordering custom tiles?
To order custom tiles, please contact us with your design specifications and inspiration images. Our team will work with you to finalize the design, provide a quote, and estimate the production time. Once approved, we will start the production process.
Do you offer sample tiles?
Yes, you can order samples of our tiles directly from our website or over the phone. Each sample is priced at 50 Rupees. We deliver samples within Delhi NCR using UBER or small courier services.
How do I place an order on your website?
Final orders can only be placed over the phone. This ensures there is no misunderstanding, and we like to give a personal touch to our clients.
What is your delivery policy?
We offer sample delivery within Delhi NCR only but deliver final products pan India using reliable transport partners.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is not as described. In case you have leftover material, it can be returned within 1 month if we still have the same lot available, the boxes have not been opened, and the product was standardized (not customized).
Do you offer installation services?
While we do not provide installation services directly, we can recommend trusted professionals in your area who can assist with the installation of our products.
Do you have bulk order discounts?
We have a special team for project orders, offering direct supply from the factory to the site. Please contact our sales team with your requirements, and we will provide you with a customized quote.
